Welcome the "C" Series Pull Tester, Model 70PTC! As this bit of drawing suggests, the mechanism is a great simplification over the "A" Model, 70PT, which it will now replace. Not only the mechanism, but also our product line is being simplified, as Model 70PT was the last of the "A’s" waiting for its counterpart in a newer design. Moving on…

The free-standing "A" work station with its own internal motor drive is now another piece of nostalgia: On the "C", the whole machine work platform moves in micro-steps like the "E" Series Pull Tester, so any work holder can be placed on those platforms. The "C" has a pretty generous throat depth of 5.125 inches, while the "E" is theoretically infinite.

The new "C" Pull Tester is ready now, and stock of "A" is nearly gone. So make that "C" as in "Status Current".
